The Buddha Bearing Whipple was a collaboration between Buddha Bearing and JD (03′ World YoYo Champion); JD had a bearing design but didn’t have the means to produce a bearing, thats where Buddha bearing came into produce JD’s dream bearing at incredible price! JD’s goal was to produce a string centering bearing, with minimal machine time and a 10 ball system with an Abec 7 rating. The reduced machine time in production of the bearing allows us to have an incredible string centering bearing for only $5.97. Holy crap… ONE OF THE BEST BEARING I EVER PLAYED WITH :DD I swear, you will not be disappointed. The ten ball bearing makes the yoyo spin for a long time making doing complicated string tricks so easily and the string stays dead center. Best of all, it’s so quiet. I recommend this bearing for any level of play (: 6 stars out of five :DD

Pros: Comes di-shielded which I like. Has everything in one package. Ten ball, very good rating, very cheap, and centering technology. Overall one of the best bearings out there especially for the price.

This bearing is a C size bearing with a V shape. The v shape makes the string stay in the center to increase sleep times. It comes de-shielded so it’s easier to clean the ten balls make it very quiet and spin smoothley

I wasn’t happy with the odd pulsating my other bearings were giving me, I purchased this bearing and all the problems went away, by far the best best bearing for the price, actually best bearing at any price point, I will be replacing all my bearings with this one.

I’ve tried a lot of bearings. For smooth, low response play, nothing beats the Whipple. Everything about it is user friendly. It’s easy to keep in good shape, which cannot be said of many “high-end” bearings. After trying this bearing, my patience with any other brand is gone. Why bother when the Whipple works the first time and every time after?

The whipple is by far the best bearing tha I have ever played with!!! I have had no problems with is getting responsive unlike my ripple, and I ahve had is for about 6 months!!! You will not be dissapointed. Best of all the bearing spin time by its self is 30 SECONDS!!!!!

Replaced my brand new One drop 10 ball with my jd whipple. I can honestly say I noticed a difference right away, and yes my od was broken inn. The string centering capabilities help tremendously. Recommend for any one. Jd is the man!!!!

Superb bearing at a great price. Any yoyo I own worth playing gets its stock bearing changed out with this one. The difference is noticeable. The unique grooved center performs better then any u-line or centertrac bearing I’ve tried. and the spins are excellent right out of the package and for months to come.

These are great. Nice and quiet compared to other bearings that I’ve had. I think they’re way better than the standard Center Trac or kon kave. The ceramic version is great too. These are now my official bearings of choice. Horizontal play became much easier after switching to Buddha Whipple bearings. I prefer the ceramic hybrid version (seems you have to Google search Buddha Ceramic Whipple bearing to find the link but they can also be purchased on Amazon or eBay from yoyobestbuy). I am eager to try the Buddha R response pads now. You can’t beat the quality to price ratio when it comes to these bearings.

Works great. Supper smooth. Comes shielded and spins a long long time. This may be my new go to bearing.
